All our deliveries are handled by DHL and Red Star.

+ - HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.

+ - HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?

Once you’re at checkout you’ll have an ETA for each of the products you order.

+ - WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/REFUND POLICY?

We at Buifabrics pride in our high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality fabrics sources from the best craftsmen and artisans from all around the world.

As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted; however, exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 48 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.

All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.

We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.

In the specific case of customized fabrics, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange

+ - DO YOU SELL SWATCHES OF FRABIC?

Unfortunately, no we don’t offer this service.

+ - DO YOU SELL ANY NUMBER OF YARDS FOR A PARTICULAR FABRIC?

Fabrics are sold for a minimum yardage and this will be fabric specific. The minimum yards a particular fabric is sold for will be stated on the particular product page.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.
